the location was good and near the main attractions. staff are friendly and helpful to all guests. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and toilet, it was super clean. everything i needed was available, including slippers and a hairdryer.
the ventilation ran constantly and was loud, made sleeping difficult. even with earplugs, the noise was distracting, so i suggest better sound insulation.

The room was small. I found it difficult to open my luggage fully (even though i had only one suitcase). The bathroom fan stayed on all night. This was noisy. It also cooled the room more than necessary.

the location is quite good, especially with a convenience store just across the street.
The room was shockingly small. I understand space is a premium, but it was difficult to even open my suitcase. the bathroom fan seemed to run constantly, a low hum that was quite distracting at night. the front desk staff was not especially cute, their english was quite limited , made basic inquiries frustrating
